Our Strange Name:Maranatha is an Aramaic word that can be found in the last chapter of the book of Revelations. It means “Come Lord Jesus”. Our church is named Maranatha because we believe that “church” is all about the Presence of Christ in the lives of believers, and our desire is for Him to come into our lives, into our families and into the community around us to bring transformation and blessing.

Our Mission Statement:To abide in Jesus Christ, to function as His body, and to fill our world with His Presence.
We believe that together with the universal Church around the world, we are the body of Christ and the physical manifestation of His Presence in the world. For that reason, this is our mission statement: Sharing the mind of Christ so that people will know His character and His ways Seeking His heart through worship and prayer Becoming His hands to meet the physical and spiritual needs of people Being His voice as we proclaim the Gospel to the lost Moving as His body in unified fellowship |
